Shipping & ReturnsDelivery InformationAll online orders are delivered by Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery time to major cities and surrounding areas from the date of payment clearing. Remote and rural areas should allow a further 2 business days. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. At Baby Soft Landings we process your order quickly. If you need to cancel or add to your order please contact us immediately so your order can be adjusted or cancelled. Ensuring your order makes it to you is of upmost importance to us. Our postage charges include Receipted Delivery for ALL orders. This means we are able to track your order from the time it leaves here until it reaches you. Receipted Delivery does not include any insurance, Registered Post includes insurance up to $100 or you can pay for extra insurance to the total value of your order. We recommend Registered Post as the safest delivery option for your order. Our postage charges are tiered according to the total price of your order as follows: Up to $100 - $5.50 postage Up to $400 - $7.00 postage Orders over $400 will receive free Registered Post. During the checkout process you may also select Express Post or Registered Post. Again, we recommend Registered Post as the safest delivery option for your order. International orders are welcome, please contact us for a shipping quote. Insurance is required on all international orders. All shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes and other shipping related fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. The Import rules of your country will apply, please check before ordering. Due to an increasing number of fraudulent orders we will no longer be shipping to Indonesia. We are pleased to offer a special shipping rate to our New Zealand neighbours. For all overs under $200 there is a flate rate charge of $15. Orders over $200 will have a shipping charge of $25. Returns PolicyYour satisfaction as our customer is our number one priority. If you are not happy with the product you have received we are happy to offer return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed products, excluding actual postage costs within 30 days of purchase. Our shipping costs are often below the actual cost of shipping. If you choose to return an item, actual postage costs will be deducted from your refund. Return of Faulty ProductsProducts which are faulty on arrival can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days. All products are sold with the warranty of the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty periods and service can vary. Faulty products that are returned for a refund are refunded the full purchase price including postage. Return of Non-Faulty ProductsAny product which is not faulty can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Products must be unworn, unwashed and still in any original packaging. Non-faulty products that are returned for refund or exchange are refunded the full purchase price excluding any postage costs and any payment processing fees. Items sold on No-Return BasisOccasionally we will sell products that have been discontinued or we are no longer stocking on a no-return basis. This will be clearly marked in the product description.
